SIGEP is the largest and most important event in the artisan gelato sector and, year after year, gaining more and more also in artisan Confectionery and Baking areas.
SIGEP is an exhibition of materials, basic products and ingredients, furniture, equipment, machinery, equipment and accessories for the presentation of the food in the ice cream and pastry shops, cafés and artisan bakeries, raw materials and ingredients.
SIGEP hosts conferences, international competitions, technical and artistic demonstrations.
SIGEP is open to the public and visitors can experience and learn about innovative technologies and products for each area of interest, and attend seminars, demos, championships and courses in the thematic sections of Gelato, Pastry, Chocolate, Coffee, Bread, Pizza & Pasta and Confectionery.
