PROCEDURES &
CONDITIONS

  • PRICES - include electricity, water and gas; they do not include tourist tax (€0.70 person/day - max 7 days);
  • BOOKING – considered valid upon payment of the deposit;
  • DEPOSIT - on booking, by bank transfer or money order;
  • PAYMENT – at arrival, when keys are delivered;
  • ARRIVALS – Saturday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm;
  • DEPARTURES – Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm;
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT - €150 to be paid when keys are delivered and reimbursed upon departure after checking the apartment;
  • CLEANING - by the customer (the cleaning of the kitchenette is always performed by the customer) or € 50 to be paid at the end of stay;
  • BED LINEN & TOWELS – bring your own; you can rent only bed linen at €8 per person and change;
  • TRAVEL COT – free, on request;
  • EXTRA BED – on request, costs vary depending on the season;
  • PETS – on request;
